The Dragonball's were created by Kami-Sama But Mr. Popo created a dragon model that Kami-Sama Give life to. Who ever Gather's the seven Dragonball's, will be able to summon the Dragon Shenlong. When Shenlong is summon you only have 1 wish to make. After the wish is made the 7 Dragonball's will scatter all over the world. All 7 Dragonball's will turn into stone for 1 year. The power of Shenlong is with Kami-Sama so if Kami die's so do's the Dragonball's. When Dende become's the new Kami on Earth Dende modified the Dragonball's so the Dragon can make 2 wish's instead of one. Then after the Cell saga, Dende power's the dragonball's even more so any one can grant 3 wish's. when Kami-Sama & Dende first dragonball's, The only thing that the dragon can not do is Make the same person reivie more then once.

Same as the Earth Dragon Shenlong, Polunga the Dragonball's are passed on to the Grand Elder to his successor, so when he die's the Dragonball's will survive & its hand'ed over to the new Grand Elder. The earth Dragonball's are also powerfule as the Namek Dragonball's but it depends on their creator. The Namek Dragonball's can give you 3 wish's & unlike Shenlong, Poluna is able to make the same person revive more then once. Porunga is many times larger than Shenron.

The Black Star Dragonball's where created by Kami. Since Kami was realy really strong & origanally fused with Piccolo the black Star Dragonball's have incradable power's. Any one that summon the Black Star Dragon they can wish for anything in the world!
