Introduction

Yu-Gi-Oh! is an anime about a young boy named Yugi who unlocked the magic of the millenium puzzle. Which is one of the millenium items throughout the world possessed by different and powerful owners. By solving this millenium puzzle Yugi unlocked the spirit of the Ancient Pharoh from Egypt from 5000 years ago. There is a game called Duel Monsters, a card game where two players face off against each other to become victorious over each other. Yugi along with his friends Joey, Tristan and Tea travel to tournaments to battle off against opponents, with higher stakes than just winning or losing. Not only is Yu-Gi-Oh! a smash hit anime, but because of the success has created Duel Monsters into becoming a real trading card game. The rules are the same, the cards are the same, so there are two opponents who go all out in an intense battle against each other until only one player lost all of their life points and loses the game. The game is made up of monsters with attack and defense points, aswell as magic and trap cards to aid and destroy you and your opponents cards.
